William Flaherty

Bill Flaherty is a Senior Consultant with Strategy Solutions where he focuses on work process improvement and executive coaching. With executive experience in both the private and public sector, Bill possesses the ability to develop effective leadership skills within client organizations, improve company environments and enhance internal and external business/client relationships. He focuses on changing people’s attitudes and behaviors to help the organization continue to grow and move forward.

 

Prior positions include six years spent as Director of Consulting Services for Shaffner, Knight, Minnaugh & Company, where he facilitated revenue enhancement and cost savings projects for the private sector business, professional service firms and not for profit organizations in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Bill also spent several years as principal of American Innovative Management Group where he worked with clients in manufacturing, health care and service organizations with continuous improvement processes and culture change strategies in national and international markets. He also spent a number of years in Executive Administration in the Erie Catholic Diocese where he served as Director of Christian Education and Formation as well as Director of Youth Ministries and as a teacher, school administrator and coach.
