Services
As Senior Manger, Corporate and Community Services for Strategy Solutions,
Adam is responsible for providing leadership, organization, project management
and client coordination for training, research, planning, facilitation, development
and evaluation projects for corporate and community/government clients. With
an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Adam holds masters degrees
in both Public Administration and Business Administration from Gannon University.
Adam’s educational and technical training background in both business
and public administration have resulted in the development of unique skill
sets which he applies in assisting SSI clients with coordinating and implementing
selected training programs, conducting primary and secondary research to support
strategic planning as well as business development initiatives, facilitating
meetings and assisting clients in achieving project outcomes. Adam manages
projects for clients operating in the for-profit sector as well as projects
related to business development and social enterprise advancement in the non-profit
sector and public involvement in the government sector.
Prior to joining Strategy Solutions, Adam was a consultant with the Gannon
University Small Business Development Center where he provided primary and
secondary research and business planning support for clients in starting and
growing their businesses. Adam’s consulting experience includes a specialization
in international exporting requirements and international trade, supporting
both American businesses who wish to export as well as international businesses
who wish to locate in the US. Adam’s background in international trade
consulting has led him to recently achieve the NASBITE Certified Global Business
Professional (CGBP) credential. The NASBITE CGBP designation demonstrates an
individual’s ability to conduct global business including global business
management, global marketing, supply chain management, and trade finance. Adam
is also an adjunct professor at Gannon University within the Dahlkemper School
of Business where he teaches International Marketing and Exporting.
